OLED displays are more portable, lighter, and offer better energy management because they use less power overall. The increased view angle of OLED displays offers clients additional advantages. The lucrative benefits given by OLED technology are expected to drive growth in the broad OLED displays market. In our previous study, we were successful in producing OLEDs without using an expensive vacuum evaporation process. In subsequent study, we found a method to enhance the device's efficiency by controlling the process temperature while hybrid electrodes are being made. A lamination electrode's final work function was tuned by the PSS chains because of their hydrophilic and heat-sensitive traits in the hole-injecting PEDOT:PSS film. Using this, a lamination device was made and the turn-on voltage improved in devices operating at 100°C and 200°C from 5.1V to 2.9V. Moreover, EQE achieved 2.3% and 2.9%, respectively, demonstrating comparable performance to the evaporated devices.
