Studies on conductive polymer composites that exhibited high conductivities with low filler content have been in progress due to the increase in demand for conductive materials. Segregated composite in which fillers are selectively localized at the interface can achieve high conductivities with low fillers, compared to composite with randomly distributed fillers. Composites fabricated by processes applied specific directional shears such as a pressing process, are known to exhibit anisotropic conductivities. Segregated composites are frequently subjected to the pressing process to form a dense structure, thereby, it is necessary to understand the conductivities of segregated composites along the direction. In this study, the thermal and electrical conductivities of the segregated composites were analyzed along the direction. Based on the mechanism differences between thermal and electrical conductivity, the conductivity behavior of the segregated composites was investigated in detail.
