This study aimed to develop an adhesive for process protection film of MLCC (Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor). MLCC(Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor) is that stores electricity by piling up a number of dielectric layers and internal electrode. Mobile phones, laptops, PCs, and more to all electronic devices, MLCCs are essential components required hundreds to tens of thousands in numbers. This study is about the adhesive used in the process of making this MLCC. The developed adhesive is given a different functionality than before, giving advantages in the process. This study played an important role in improving the reliability and stability of the manufacturing process by developing a new material for the adhesive for the MLCC process protective film. As a result, it is expected to provide useful guidelines for the introduction and application of new materials to MLCC manufacturers.
