Organic solar cells (OSCs) have emerged as alternatives to silicon-based solar cells due to their lightweight, flexible, and low-cost manufacturing process. This study focuses on constructing a bulk heterojunction (BHJ) with crosslinked polymers and non-fullerene acceptors (NFAs) to reduce sensitivity to process conditions in OSCs. The polymer was crosslinked using a crosslinker, resulting in interconnected network within the donor layer of the solar cell. This crosslinking strategy immobilizes the morphology of the donor layer, enabling the formation of heterojunctions between the crosslinked polymer and NFA, while reducing sensitivity to process conditions. The fabricated OSCs were characterized through various tests. The successful construction of BHJ with crosslinked polymers and NFAs highlights the potential for OSCs with reduced dependence on acceptor solvents and process conditions. Our research results are expected to contribute to the development of the next generation OSCs.
