Lithium-ion batteries are currently the most widely used secondary batteries in electric vehicles and mobile electronic devices, and liquid electrolyte(LE) is mainly used. LE has the advantages of low interfacial resistance, high energy density and low temperature stability. However, at the same time, it has disadvantages such as expansion of the battery at high temperatures and leakage due to external shock. Polymer electrolyte(PE) is being studied to solve these disadvantages of LE. In this research, after mixing a monomer with two or more epoxy groups with LiFSI, a study was conducted to synthesize it into a polymer using an in-situ polymerization method. In-situ polymerization was chosen to reduce the interfacial resistance of PE, which is larger than that of LE. The synthesized monomer was studied through FT-IR and 1H-NMR, and the thermal properties of the polymer were analyzed by TGA and DSC.
