Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with severe itching. AD is still challenging to predict clinically due to complex physiological conditions (e.g., oxygen tension, cytokines release etc.) and multifactorial pathogenesis. Thus, it is necessary to develop preclinical models that can precisely mimic the physiological features of AD.
