Cancer is a disease that kills millions of people worldwide, and its incidence is increasing every year, so several treatments and diagnostic methods are being developed. Among them, the development of diagnostic methods is important because the earlier the cancer is detected, the higher the 5-year survival rate. Currently, various methods such as X-ray, ultrasound, and biopsy exist for the diagnosis of cancer. However, it can only be used by those who have received specialized training, and false positives or negatives may occur. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a simple and accurate diagnostic method. In this study, two small amounts of cancer biomarkers, miRNAs, were detected to increase specifisity for specific cancers. In addition, we present a simple and accurate detection method with the naked eye using the microfluidic device assay method using signal amplification CHA and i-motif hydrogel. As a result, it was confirmed that a LOD of 2 pM could be visually detected.
