Cytosol- or Organelle-targeted Delivery and Release of Therapeutics

With expanding necessity for maximizing therapeutic effects and minimizing side effects of the delivered therapeutics, interest in the cytosol or subcellular organelle-targeted drug delivery and release systems is dramatically growing. To pursue the aim, many research groups have introduced various targeting moieties and/or external/internal stimuli-triggered bonds/moieties in nanoscale carriers. Among them, this presentation will introduce some examples designed by my research group and collaborators.
