The electrical conductivity of the composites incorporating continuous nanocarbon fillers exhibited to be 1-2 orders higher than the typical percolation model. Sensing property and electromagnetic shielding effect (EMI SE) are known as proportional to the electrical conductivity of conductive polymer composite (CPC). In this study, polymer composites are fabricated using powder mixing and in situ polymerization up to the filler content of 50 vol%. Electrical conductivity of the composites exceeding the percolation plateau were observed. High level of humidity sensitivity (236.36% improvement at 50 vol% graphene nanoplatelet relative to 40 vol%) and EMI SE (55.59% increase at 40 vol% multi-walled carbon nanotube compared to 35 vol%) were exhibited. Therefore, high humidity sensitivity and EMI SE due to the high electrical conductivity can introduce a new perspective on the future technology.
