Flexible oxide ceramic nanofiber mats composed of CeO2 and TiO2 phases (CTO) were developed using electrospinning. These nanofibers exhibited enhanced mechanical properties, being flexible, bendable, cuttable, and origami-enabled. Also, the CTO nanofiber mats also showed promising photocatalytic performance for organic pollutant degradation under visible light. The photocatalytic activity was found to depend on the content of Ce3+ in the nanofiber structures.
