Adhesion and scratch resistance of bisphenol A type epoxy resin are determined according to the number of repeating units. A silicone-epoxy water dispersion solution was developed to improve wear resistance compared to existing water dispersion epoxy coating materials. When preparing the silicone-epoxy water dispersion coating solution, the molecular weight of the silicone was prepared differently. The prepared silicone-epoxy aqueous dispersion coating solution was coated on the iron surface to confirm adhesion and wear resistance.
