Stretchable electronics are important for the development of portable, wearable and bioimplanted electronics. However, most stretchable devices are prepared based on inorganic electronics, whose complicated fabrication and limited processing area make them difficult for practical applications. Organic stretchable electronics are very attractive due to many advantages compared with inorganic electronic, such as their intrinsically mechanical robustness, large-area solution-processing, and the easy tuning of their properties by molecular tailoring. We develop porous photoactive film based on p-n organic semiconductor blends which not only shows good optoelectronic performances but also have good stability under mechanical stress. These films were utilized as active layers of photovoltaic devices and sensors. This presentation will introduce effects of nanostructures of the porous blend films on their electrical properties of optoelectronic devices and stability under mechanical stresses.
