In this work, we present a novel approach to developing wearable tactile sensors using 3D printing directly on textile substrates. The aim is to overcome the limitations of existing tactile sensor studies and create a customizable and efficient solution. By using organic materials for electrodes, we achieve excellent resistance values while maintaining the electrode's physical deformation with the textile's elasticity. Through the direct 3D printing of sensors onto commercially available T-shirts, pants, combat uniforms, and cotton masks, various signals from the human body could be effectively detected. This approach opens up possibilities for further research, suggesting methods to directly 3D print materials on fabrics and utilize both sides of the textile for advanced sensor applications. The proposed approach holds great promise for advancing human-machine interactions and smart wearable devices.
