Carbon fiber has been widely used as reinforce materials due to its high strength, low density and good electrical and thermal conductivities. Especially Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) is the most general precursor of carbon fibers. PAN-based fibers have excellent strength and modulus to replace metals using on aerospace, sports equipment, construction materials and automobile. Due to the need for uniform heat transfer to the fibers in the manufacturing process, such carbon fibers can incorporate additives with excellent thermal conductivity and thermal stability. In this study, we synthesized PAN composites via electron beam polymerization with various additives such as multi walled Carbon nanotube (MWNT), Graphene oxide (GO), Mxene (Ti3C2), Boron Nitride (BN).And we conducted a characterization of their properties with DSC, TGA, FT-IR and 1H-NMR.
