In this study, PH1000, a conductive polymer with increased conductivity as a type of PEDOT:PSS, is introduced as a bottom electrode material in flexible organic photovoltaic device, that improved conductivity through modification and transfer process. Modified transferred PH1000 electrode is formed through a dry transfer process, and in this process, smoother surface was formed compared to spin coating. This smooth surface form a sharp interface with HTL, and it accelerates the hole transportation and inducing effective suppression of dark currents to improves performance of the device. The transferred PH1000 electrode applied devices exhibit high PCE of 14.46%. Also, the devices exhibit high specific detectivity (D*) of 4.47ⅹ1012 Jones at 840nm and low dark current of 6.28ⅹ10-9 A/cm2 under the 0V bias condition. This work implies that the introduction of transferred PH1000 as an electrode material helps to improve the performance of optoelectronic devices.
