Highly deformable soft electrodes have attracted significant attention for their potential application on wearable electronics and soft robotics. In this study, we have successfully prepared double-network ionic hydrogels with high transparency and stretchability, achieved through tuning of the network structure with a transparent electrolyte. Based on the excellent performance of these ionic hydrogels, we have successfully developed electroluminescent devices with an inorganic phosphor emission layer, demonstrating high luminance even under extreme deformation. Additionally, the remarkable transparency of the ionic hydrogels has facilitated the fabrication of novel electroluminescent devices with tandem structures, allowing for independent control of each emission layer, thereby enabling versatile color variation
