Micro LEDs offer the lower power and higher brightness for a wide range of display applications from 100”. The Smartwatch is a good application for Micro LED display due to the small size, low pixel number and premium pricing. Also micro LEDs to lead in AR and have potential to take share in wearables, automotive, signage, TVs, etc. However, cost reduction in Micro LED displays still is the key issue for wider application of the devices.
