Quantum-confined colloidal perovskite nanocrystals have excellent optical, electrical and optoelectronic properties revealing in bulk perovskites as well as originating from the quantum-size effects. These are broadly employed as a photoactive material in various optoelectronic applications such as solar cells and light-emitting devices because of their outstanding energy harvesting and light-emitting features. Here, we will demonstrate that the quantum-confined colloidal perovskite nanocrystals (CsPbX3, X = Cl, Br, and I) can be synthesized in a single reactor via heat-up process enabling their mass production with preserved inherent crystal size uniformity and excellent optical properties.
