내용
Transparent polyimide films are widely used in optical devices based on excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability. In this study, copolyimides were synthesized by adjusting composition of amide groups in the polymer main chain, and transparent co-PI films were obtained. Polymerization was conducted with 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride (6FDA), 2,2'-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzidine (TFMB), terephthaloyl chloride (TPCL), and isophthaloyl chloride (IPCL). Fourier transform nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry (FT-NMR), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were used for chemical structural analysis. The thermal stabilities and mechanical properties of various co-PI films according to the molar ratio were estimated using thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and universal tension machine (UTM). The properties of the obtained co-PI films will be discussed.
