In this study, porous PEGDA microspheres were prepared through a simple process of preparing monodisperse PEGDA (poly(ethylene)glycol diacrylate)/PVA (polyvinylalcohol) MPs (microparticles) using microfluidic system and dissolving the aggregated-PVA present in the PEGDA/PVA MPs to prepare a porous structure. The traditional method of manufacturing porous structures is complex, time-consuming, and labor-intensive. In order to improve this, the PVA present in the PEGDA network was dissolved and removed using a solvent to successfully prepare a porous structure that did not require labor and was successfully prepared within a short time. This report analyzed whether the concentration of PEGDA and PVA affected the generation of porous structures and studied the optimized conditions under which porous structures were manufactured. Inspired by the cascade reaction in eukaryotic cells, multi-enzyme were immobilized in porous PEGDA microspheres to execute the cascade reaction.
