In recent years, hybrid inorganic-organic perovskite solar cells (HPSCs) have attracted much attention because of their high photovoltaic performance. Deposition methods of electron transporting layer is one of the important factors for commercialization of HPSCs because it significantly affects their efficiency and long-term stability. Here, we compared representative solution process (PCBM/ZnO)-based and evaporation process (C60/BCP)-based electron transporting layer for stable and efficient perovskite solar cells. The performance and reliability of HPSCs optimized according to deposition methods and discussed through various analyses.
