Ethanedithiol (EDT) passivated PbS colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) have been generally used for CQD photovoltaics as a hole transport materials, however, their layer by layer-based film fabrication process can cause damage at underneath CQD active layer. To overcome this limitation, here, we report fabrication of polymeric hole transporting material-based colloidal quantum dot solar cells instead of EDT-PbS.
