초록

내용
The demand and production of thermoplastic materials are continually increasing nowadays. The thermoplastic is hard to recycled and becomes a severe environmental issue. In this study, we use biomass-derived alcohol, which is 2,5-bis-hydroxymethylfuran (BHMF), as starting material and solid-state ball-milling synthesis with vitrimer chemistry to solving these problems. Vitrimer chemistry is using reversible dynamic covalent bonding (DCB) to thermally control the molecule bond exchange. Also, we identified the shape memory properties through DCB. We successfully synthesized the network polyurethane (NPU) using solid-state ball milling, which can rearrange the topology through transcarbamoylation of a single bond of urethane moiety. We used dilatometry for detecting topology freezing transition temperature (Tv) and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) under different temperatures for identifying the vitrimer properties of NPU.
