Highly Bright and Narrow Emission from InP-based Quantum Dots

Quantum dots (QDs) are promising materials for display applications due to color tunability, high efficiency and narrow emission. While intensive efforts have focused on CdSe-based QDs with toxicity, researches about environmentally-friendly InP-based QDs were delayed due to their synthetic difficulties. In this talk, we suggest the optimized red and green-emitting InP-based QD structures with uniform core and multi-shell and explain their optical properties.
