Job Title: Productivity Leader & Auto R&D Leader
V – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Implement new product development project & fast track project(DAP) for Auto apllication
2. Technical support to marketing & sales for preparing technical data or technical meeting with key customers
3. Implement Do-it projects for cost saving
4. Implement various productivity activities for profitable growth such as homologation of new RM, defining alternative solution for shortage of materials, guideline of RM usage, formulation transfer between plants, rationalization of formulations, etc.
5. Distribution of R&D results to relevant functions
VI – KEY CHALLENGES
1. Lead metal replacement R&D in auto application in collaboration with ADC
2. Bring 1 Meuro cost saving value per year
3. Maintain key car OEM relationship
4. Develop valuable RM sources

RM suppliers, Recycling companies.
IX – DEGREE OF AUTONOMY
Under supervision of R&D manager on weekly meeting
the progress for the regular meeting with GMT & production
Distribute RM testing results to relevant functions
