ISLNOM-4 will continue the tradition established by the previous meetings in Singapore (1997), Lyon, France (2000) and Keystone, USA (2003). This conference provides an interdisciplinary forum for the presentation of the latest developments in basic and applied research in the broad field of optical and optoelectronic materials, including material preparation technologies, characterization and application related issues. Accompanying scientific exhibition will be organized as well. Conference will be sponsored by JSPS 161 committee.
