Res., 27, 444 2019 Cover Paper Planar heterojunction PHJ and planar-mixed heterojunction PMHJ VD-OSCs were fabricated using a novel BBTBDTM donor as the electron donor and C60 as the electron acceptor. The insertion of the co-deposited BBTBDTMC60 layer between the BBTBDTM and C60 layers improved the interfacial contact among BBTBDTM and C60. As a result, this planar-mixed heterojunction PMHJ device improved the power conversion efficiency to 1.49%, representing a 3.8 fold higher than the typical planar heterojunction PHJ devices. Res., 27, 481 2019 The orientations of Al flakes in the normal flow region, weldlines, and flowlines during injection molding were observed by scanning electron microscope SEM and optical microscope. Under the conditions of normal flow, the aluminum flakes were oriented parallel to the flow direction in the skin layer and perpendicular to the flow direction in the core layer. At weldlines, the aluminum flakes were oriented perpendicular to the flow direction, while an irregular orientation occurred under ribs, showing flowlines.
