Res., 28, 517 2020 The relaxation time of hemp fiber reinforced polypropylene composite can be characterized with a torque rheometer by simplifying the complex flow between rotors and chamber to a shear flow between two relatively moving plates. The experimental results show that all the increasing concentration of hemp fiber, higher rotor speed, and higher temperature can significantly decrease the relaxation time and result in a stable and better dimensional accuracy of injection packaging boxes. The finer fibers with the same weight concertation can bring an obvious reduction in relaxation time and buckling deformation. Upon UV irradiation λ = 365 nm , the nitrobenzyl carbamate moieties degraded, thereby exposing polar amine moieties. The time course analysis for guest release from MSN-1 upon UV irradiation revealed the photo-induced releasecharacteristics.

Res., 28, 660 2020 We demonstrate a shear-enhanced polymer blends of poly diketopyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrroleco-thieno[3,2-b]thiophene PDBT-co-TT /poly styrene-butadiene-styrene SBS for stretchable field-effect transistors. The solution shearing technology not only allows control of the phase separation of the surface morphology of the polymer blends but also enhances charge transport properties and crystallization orientations of the devices. Furthermore, the shear-enhanced polymer blends show high charge mobilities even with a small amount of the conjugated polymer 20% , higher than the performance in the spin-coated counterpart.
