Res., 30, 766 2022 In this work, we will compare and confirm the effects of biomimetic coating of polycaprolactone PCL which is a synthetic polymer typically used in bone tissue and silk fibroin SF which is a natural polymer, on bone regeneration and bone induction of bone marrow stem cells BMSCs The biomimetic porous PCL/SF scaffold was characterized with XRD, FE-SEM, and EDS analysis to confirm enhanced biological activity of PCL/SF.
