Abstract
Solar energy is the most abundant energy source in the world, and thus, the solar cell technology becomes an ideal solution for energy sustainability of our society. The developed organic solar cells (OSCs) have drawn tremendous attentions due to their merits of low-cost production, superior flexibility, good transparency, light-weight, etc., and these intrinsic advantages essentially endow the broad applications to harmoniously integrated with the buildings, vehicles, wearable electronic devices, etc. Currently, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of OSCs has been boosted to over 20% mainly achieved by the developed electron acceptors. In this presentation, the transparent and flexible OSCs were explored, trying to address the possible challenging issues hurdling their really commercialization. First, I will introduce the high performance semi-transparent OSCs (STOSCs) developed in my lab, whose tradeoff between
