Abstract
High-performance thermosetting resins are indispensable for aerospace, electronic packaging, and advanced composite applications, yet their intelligent design remains hindered by limited experimental data, vast chemical search spaces, complex structure–property relationships, and poor transferability across different resin systems. To address these challenges, an AI-assisted design framework was developed for data-scarce thermosetting materials by integrating property prediction, target-oriented molecular generation, transfer learning, and experimental validation.
