Moisture−cured poly(urethane−urea) (PUU) has been widely employed in various industries, such as automotive, construction, and electronics, due to adhesion performance, durability, and ease of use. In this study, we comprehensively evaluated the structure−property relationships based on the thermo−mechanical properties of moisture−cured PUU under different curing conditions. According to rate low, humidity and temperature accelerate curing kinetics, which affects the network structure of PUU, such as the crosslinking density. The curing kinetics of moisture−cured PUU were observed through infrared spectroscopic analysis and dynamic mechanical analysis under various curing conditions. Subsequently, relationship between curing kinetics and thermo−mechanical properties based on structure−property relationships of PUU. We believe that understanding the structure−property relationships of PUU can provide inspiration for PUU to be used more efficiently in industrial applications.
