The surface modifications with amine groups on alumina significantly improve compatibility with the polymer matrix, leading to better dispersion and interfacial adhesion. These improvements result in superior mechanical strength, toughness, and thermal stability in the nanocomposite. This study investigates the thermal conductivity of epoxy nanocomposites with varying concentrations of alumina fillers. The findings reveal that at a 20% filler content, the nanocomposite achieves maximum thermal conductivity, demonstrating the beneficial role of alumina fillers in facilitating heat transfer within the material. Thus, the study identifies an optimal alumina filler concentration for maximizing the thermal conductivity of epoxy nanocomposites, providing crucial insights for the development of high-performance materials.
