In this study, we create an organic electronics by producing conductive fiber using PEDOT:PSS, a conducting polymer. The conductive fiber is produced through the ion interaction between ionic solvent and PEDOT:PSS using the wet-spinning method. To evaluate the structural stability of the conductive fiber, we confirm that the PEDOT:PSS conductive fiber remains stable through various bending radius tests, bending resistance analysis, and SEM analysis. By evaluating the electrical performance of the fabricated fiber, we obtain transfer curves and output curves to confirm transistor behavior, and find that gate leakage is reduced by increasing the gating distance of the device. These methods demonstrate that the device can function as an electronic device based on conductive PEDOT:PSS fiber. Additionally, we plan to research using Graphene Oxide as a biosensor. The device's electrical characteristic and flexibility suggest potential applications in wearable devices and biosensing fields.
