In this study, a detachable π-ion gel OSC layer is fabricated. To implement the detachable function, a mesh-type support capable of absorbing strain during the detach/attach process and supporting the gel is introduced. A π-ion gel is produced using P3HT and BMIM:TFSI via the solvent exchange method. By injecting the BMIM:TFSI during the gelation, a detachable OECT with a new structure integrating the OSC and the electrolyte is fabricated. Structural stability evaluations confirm the gel's stability after a bending test for various radii. Electrical performance measurements demonstrate stable transistor behavior in both the bending state and the initially attached state, also after multiple detach processes. Additionally, synaptic behavior is observed through the trapping phenomenon of polymers and ions. These findings indicate that a detachable OSC layer is successfully produced using π-ion gel and support, suggesting potential applications in wearable and neuromophic electronics.
