This study introduces an ultra-flexible energy harvesting system featuring thin, stretchable nanopillar arrays made of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS). These nanopillar array improves exciton pair generation and increase the current density of OPV devices from 25.46 to 28.01 mA/cm², achieving a maximum PCE of 15.92%. Additionally, the system's remarkable flexibility was demonstrated with an ultra-flexible device that withstood 100% compressive strain over 1,000 repeated tests. These results indicate a promising approach to improving OPV efficiency without altering the device's core components or structures.
