The modularization of perovskite solar cell (PSC) poses a significant challenge for commercialization. Laser scribing, particularly in the formation of interconnection lines denoted as P1, P2, and P3, is a crucial process in the modularization. In PSC module, while vertical electron movement is desirable, the structural emergence of electric field bending between P1 and P2 lines detrimentally impacts photovoltaic performance of PSM. In this study, we introduced a novel p0 in the electric field, enabling the adjustment of the electric field curvature to a vertical orientation resulting in enhanced photovoltaic performance of PSM.
