Recent advancements in electronic devices have led to increased miniaturization and ultra-compact designs, exacerbating electromagnetic interference issues. MXene, with its high electrical conductivity, has gained significant interest as a next-generation EMI shielding material. Additionally, MXene's excellent solution processability enables selective partial coating. By utilizing a greater quantity of aluminum during the synthesis of MAX precursors for MXene, highly crystalline MXene can be obtained, significantly enhancing its properties. We have created MXene/polyurethane composite films exhibiting remarkable electrical conductivity due to highly crystalline MXene and its segregated structure, resulting in exceptional electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency. Furthermore, the composite demonstrates outstanding Joule heating properties with high temperature, rapid heating rate, and long-term stability.
