Segregated composite can achieve superior thermal and electrical conductivity at lower filler contents compared to random composites by inducing selective localization of fillers at the matrix-matrix interfaces. Many studies have explained that the superior conductive properties of the segregated composites were due to their unique structure, however there were few theoretical approaches to explain the conductive properties of the segregated composites by considering the unique structure. This study proposed a thermal and electrical conductivity model of the segregated composites considering the excluded volume effect and the modified model provided an accurate analysis of the segregated composites by considering the unique structure
