In solar cell Encapsulation, Conventional lamination processes with EVA film require temperatures exceeding 100°C, which induce thermal degradation of the perovskite layer, resulting in efficiency loss. Our research aims to mitigate this thermal degradation by minimizing the thermal exposure duration of the PSCs and optimizing the lamination process. By leveraging the optical and structural properties of EVA film, we aim to reduce efficiency loss during lamination. Our findings demonstrate that precise control of thermal exposure and strategic utilization of EVA film enhance the long-term stability of PSCs without decreased performance.
