Despite the extensive research into multifunctional wearable devices for healthcare, achieving a combination of high value in stretchability and breathability without signal interference remains a challenge especially for chemical stability and sensitivity. In this study, we introduce wearable device which is breathable and stretchable that utilizes porous styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene films along with two different types of gold nanowires. The porous film offers breathability and skin compatibility as low elastic modulus. The gold hollow nanowires and Ag@Au core-shell nanowires provides high sensitivity for strain and temperature, respectively. This sensor shows high sensitivity to both strain and temperature, enabling the monitoring of body movements and skin temperature without signal interference. Additionally, the device includes an on-demand heating system to manage skin temperature.
