This research delves into the influence of silicone oil on the evaporative emulsion process of lamellar PS-b-P2VP block copolymers, highlighting how macrophase separation catalyzes the anisotropic growth and axial stacking of BCP domains. We explore the impact of homopolymer addition on the kinetics and thermodynamics of phase separation. By molulating the concentration and molecular weight of homopolymer, we provide a versatile library of liquid/solid complex colloids including Janus and sum-like structures, with a full color spectrum ina visivle range. We conduct real-time observation of the phase separation process to elucidate the underlying mechanism.
