The self-assembly process precisely transforms the surface structure in nanometers and has recently been used for surface protection, electronics, sensors. Stable, well-organized, tightly packed SAM formed by thiols on gold electrodes offers advantages such as selectivity, sensitivity, short reaction time, and small overpotential in electrocatalytic reactions. In this study, a high-density gold nano electrode array was fabricated using block copolymer self-assembly. Characterized by AFM, SEM and TEM. Au-S bond immobilized mercapropionic acid and cysteine SAM. Electrode fabrication and electrochemical reaction were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and differential pulse voltammetry. The optimal working conditions were selected according to the pH. MPA, CYS modified gold nanoparticle ITO electrodes have been applied to voltammetry sensors for simultaneous detection of AA, DA and UA.
