내용
Strain sensors that detect human motion have received considerable attention in health monitoring, soft robotics, and electronic skin. They typically consist of a flexible polymer matrix and electrically conductive fillers such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs), carbon black (CB), and silver nanowires (AgNWs). Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), which demonstrates excellent stretchability and flexibility, has emerged as an elastomer choice for strain sensor fabrication. However, it exhibits several undesirable properties, including low thermal stability and tensile strength. Polyimide-siloxane (PIS), which has rigid imide rings and soft siloxane moieties, can be used as an electronic device material suitable for high-temperature applications.
In this study, PIS copolymer films were successfully prepared using an eco-friendly aqueous solvent. The sensor was fabricated by embedding an AgNW conductive network between two PIS layers, and their performance was investigated.
