Organic magnet holds remarkable potential for applications such as spintronics but has been rarely studied due to a lack of high-spin material. This study explores the ferromagnetic properties of solution-processed organic polymer films and their relationship with molecular orientation. We synthesized a magnetically active polymer, PazaQuBT, from an open-shell diradical monomer. The polymer features paramagnetic behavior in bulk, but surprisingly, when polymer films are fabricated by a meniscus-assisted coating method to align the polymer chain, they exhibit clear ferromagnetic behavior even at room temperature. Annealed films also show enhanced crystallinity with lamellar packing, leading to higher saturation magnetization and coercivity. This suggests that improved molecular orientation and crystallinity strengthen the ferromagnetic properties. Notably, ferromagnetic films display high air stability even after 10 months, offering insights into the realization of organic magnets.
