Electrically conductive polymer composite (ECPC) coatings and films integrate conductive fillers into polymer matrices to create materials that exhibit both electrical conductivity and the inherent advantages of polymers, such as flexibility, lightweight, and processability. In this study, we designed a new ECPC based on poly(acrylamide)/bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (PAM/BADGE)-derived matrix and graphene derivative nanofillers, and investigated their structures and physical properties by considering the composition and reactivity of PAM/BADGE matrix, graphene content, and interfacial adhesion. For this, graphene-reinforced PAM/BADGE films were fabricated via aqueous solution casting and thermal treatment. The chemical structure and microstructural features were characterized using FT-IR, XPS, SEM, and EDS. The thermal transition, thermal stability, and mechanical properties were assessed using DSC, TGA, and UTM, respectively. The electrical conductivity was measured with a multimeter.
