초록

내용
Biodegradable sutures are completely broken down in the body and possess biocompatibility. To these characteristics, they demonstrate wrinkle improvement effect in the cosmetic field and have advanced with the development of lifting procedures, no study has focused on creating a diverse range of thread products that provide customized solutions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and Polydioxanone (PDO) and Poly(lactic acid-co-ε-caprolactone) (PLCL) cog-type threads manufactured using divided precision molds. These cog-type threads were tested for stability and in vitro degradation in Phosphate Buffer Saline (PBS) solution, and sterility test was against the Gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus. A tensile strength tester was employed to measure the tensile strength power of sample until material failure occurred, recording the maximum strength in Newtons (N). The structural characteristics were analyzed using a Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM).
