Pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) are utilized in various industries such as healthcare, electronics, automobiles, and packaging by introducing their bonding affinity only with low pressure in the absence of heat, solvents, or water. Recent advances in flexible electronics have created a need for an adhesive with excellent strain recovery. In this work, we significantly enhanced the strain recovery of PSAs, employing a polyurethane diacrylate (PUDA) crosslinker, thereby exhibiting superior strain recovery time (~2.5 s) compared to the 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) based PSAs (~61.0 s). Notably, the PSA even shows outstanding peel strength (~22.0 N/25mm) compared to the commercialized PSA (~12.3 N/25mm, Avery Corp.). Our PSAs possess a high potential for applications under harsh straining conditions (100 times in ~20% tensile strain). This study addresses the poor strain recovery of PSAs and paves the way for future advancements in adhesive technology.
