The capability of super-conformal adaptability on diverse irregular 3D non-flat surfaces in the human body covered with liquids such as mucus or sweat is highly desirable for wearable and skin-attached devices for medical applications. We present an OSEP (omni-axis stretchable adhesive electronic patch inspired by kirigami structures and softened-double layer suction cups of octopus). This adhesive patch secures multiaxial stretchability due to the kirigami design and maintains stable conductivity under deformation. The conductive soft double-layer suction cup ensures highly stable conformal contact on rough and curved skin surfaces and provides robust adhesion on complex surfaces in dry and wet environments. OSEP allows stable biosignal monitoring by maintaining a stable contact angle during various movements. This dual approach makes OSEP a promising solution for wearable and skin-attached sensor devices for in vitro and in vivo monitoring of various biological signals.
