The current software-based encryption key generation methods face various hacking risks. As a solution to these risks, there is increasing interest in PUF (Physical Unclonable Functions). To meet the demand for an infinite amount of information, multiple keys need to be generated from a single device. Here, we developed a PUF device that can generate multiple keys by utilizing the morphological characteristics of small molecules. The randomly assembled grain boundaries of C8-BTBT and PTCDI-C13 induce irregular PN junctions. This results in random depletion region widths, affecting the current flow. These devices can generate multiple unpredictable security keys based on electrical properties such as voltage and lighting conditions. In this study, we implemented the current distribution of such fabricated devices and the security keys extracted from them.
